1. Right of Withdrawal on Digital Content

Pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of the Consumer Code, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to intangible digital goods once the activation key has been displayed on-screen or the mobile top-up has been credited.

2. Defective or Already Redeemed Key Warranty (48h RMA)

If an activation key purchased on Lovykey is invalid or already redeemed prior to purchase, Lovykey guarantees replacement or full refund following technical verification with the wholesale distributor (CodesWholesale). The report must be submitted within 48 hours of order completion.

REQUISITO DI PROVA OBBLIGATORIO:A full-screen screenshot showing the system date, time, and exact error message displayed by the gaming platform (Steam, PSN, Xbox, etc.) is mandatory for RMA processing. Without this proof, supplier claims cannot be processed.

3. Instant Auto-Refund for Unfulfilled Orders

If a product is out of stock at the supplier, a timeout occurs, or the wholesale price exceeds our safety ceiling, our system automatically triggers an immediate full refund to the customer's Stripe card with an email explanation.
