CONTRATTO DI VENDITA1. Scope of Contract & Pricing
Lovykey (lovykey.com) exclusively sells digital goods: game activation keys and direct mobile top-ups via automated dropshipping. All prices are in Euro (€) and include standard 22% Italian VAT. Purchasing requires a registered Lovykey personal account.
2. Instant Digital Delivery at Zero Cost
Delivery of all products is carried out exclusively electronically with zero shipping charges (0.00 €). Your license key code or top-up confirmation is emailed to your account address and permanently saved in 'My Orders' immediately after payment confirmation.
3. Activation Region & Player ID Responsibility
Each product page indicates the geographic region of compatibility (e.g. Europe, Italy, Global). Customers are responsible for verifying that their platform account matches the purchased region. For mobile recharges, the customer is responsible for entering the correct Player ID / Server ID: top-ups delivered to incorrect IDs provided by the customer cannot be reversed or refunded.
4. Right of Withdrawal on Digital Content (Art. 59 Consumer Code)
ART. 59 CODICE DEL CONSUMOPursuant to article 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal is expressly excluded for distance contracts concerning the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.
By proceeding with checkout and placing an order, the customer expressly consents to the immediate commencement of delivery and acknowledges the resulting waiver of the right of withdrawal once the digital code is displayed or the in-game currency is credited.
5. Activation Key Warranty & 48-Hour RMA Protocol
GARANZIA 48HIf an activation key is invalid or has already been redeemed prior to purchase, Lovykey guarantees replacement or a full refund following verification with the wholesale distributor (CodesWholesale). The claim must be submitted within 48 hours of order delivery, attaching the required full-screen error screenshot.
6. Buyer Protection & Instant Auto-Refund
If a code is out of stock at the supplier, a network timeout occurs, or the supplier wholesale cost exceeds our safety ceiling, Lovykey triggers an immediate full Auto-Refund back to the customer's payment card via Stripe, with an explanatory email.
7. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These terms of sale are governed by the laws of Italy. For consumers residing in the European Union, mandatory statutory consumer protection laws of their country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
