For EA and the EA SPORTS FC series you will find FC Points, the in-game currency used for Ultimate Team packs and content, and other digital products from the EA catalogue. Each product page states what you receive, the region and the supported platform.

Platform and region matter. FC Points are bought for the platform you play on, such as console or PC, and a product meant for another platform or country may not work. Check the details on the product page and compare them with your account before buying.

Codes for PC are redeemed in the EA app (Redeem a code); console codes are redeemed in the store of the console shown on the product page. Your code is available in your orders area and is also sent by email. After redeeming, check in the game that the content has appeared on the correct account.

If you play on several platforms, bear in mind that purchased content may be tied to that specific platform. Payment is in euro with VAT included for EU customers and, if the order cannot be completed, you are refunded automatically.
