For Xbox you will find gift cards that add credit to the balance of your Microsoft account, to spend on games, apps and add-ons in the Microsoft Store and on the console. Where available there are also subscriptions such as Xbox Game Pass, activated with a code.

Your account's region matters: gift cards and many codes are tied to the country set on your Microsoft account, and a product from another region may be rejected. Check your account's country before choosing a value and compare it with the region shown on the product page.

To redeem the code, go to redeem.microsoft.com or use the Xbox app, choose Redeem a code and enter it. You can also redeem it from the console. Your code is available in your orders area and is also sent by email.

If you use more than one Microsoft account, sign in with the one that should receive the credit or subscription: once redeemed, a code cannot be moved. Payment is in euro with VAT included for EU customers and, if the order cannot be completed, you are refunded automatically.
