Nintendo: gift cards, codes and top-ups

For Nintendo you will find Nintendo eShop credit, which you can use to buy digital games, add-on content and other products for your console. Where available there are also subscriptions such as Nintendo Switch Online, activated with a code.

Region matters. Nintendo eShop credit is tied to the region of the account and console, and a code meant for another country usually does not work. Before buying, check the region of the eShop you use and choose a compatible product, shown on every product page.

Redeeming is done from the Nintendo eShop: choose Redeem Code and enter the code. The credit is added to your account and you can use it for your purchases. Your code is available in your orders area and is also sent by email.

If several accounts are used in your household, choose carefully which one to redeem on, because the credit stays on the selected account. Payment is in euro with VAT included for EU customers and, if the order cannot be completed, the refund is automatic. Nintendo is a trademark of Nintendo; Lovykey is not affiliated with Nintendo.

Frequently asked questions

Does eShop credit work on every Nintendo console?
The credit is tied to the account and its region, so what matters most is the account you sign in with on the eShop. Check the region before buying.
Can I get Nintendo Switch Online?
Where listed, the subscription has its own product page with region and duration. Alternatively you can use eShop credit to buy it in the store.
