For PlayStation you can buy gift cards that add credit to the wallet of your PlayStation Network account. That credit pays for games, add-ons and in-game currencies in the PlayStation Store. Where available, you will also find subscriptions such as PlayStation Plus, which are activated with a code.

Your account's region is the most important point. PlayStation gift cards are tied to the country of the account, and a code from another region usually cannot be redeemed. Before choosing a value, check which country your account is linked to and pick a product with the same region.

To redeem the code, open the PlayStation Store, choose Redeem Codes and enter it. The credit is added to your wallet and you can spend it as you wish. Your code is available in your orders area and is also sent by email.

If you have more than one account, make sure you redeem the code on the right one, because the credit stays on the account you choose. Payment is in euro with VAT included for EU customers and, if the order cannot be completed, the refund is automatic.
